It will have a bright and airy blank canvas for a multitude of events from corporate events, showers, parties, weddings and so much more. The vaulted ceilings and large windows will showcase the beautiful views of nature and our on site pond, while also bringing in an abundance of natural light. As construction begins, we’re also hard at work behind the scenes, finalizing contracts and perfecting all the little details to ensure Crescent Acres will be everything you’ve ever imagined for your special day.

Meet Our Last Co-Owner!

Hi! I’m Mikaya Green – I’m an Interactive Media teacher at Shadyside High School, co-founder of @thefriendliercityproject, and co-owner of @bettertogethermoments.

On a personal note, I’m recently engaged to my partner, Kayla, and together we have a crazy black lab named Tillie! I’m also passionate about travel, always looking to explore new places and soak up inspiration from every corner of the world.

With years of wedding experience through Better Together Moments, I am so excited for us to intentionally design Crescent Acres with thoughtful touches and details that often go unseen by many.

Just know - we have been dreaming about this moment for years, and we can’t believe it’s finally happening!!

Beyond weddings, I’m thrilled about the endless possibilities Crescent Acres has to offer – from parties and showers to proms and more! Content is my thing, and I can’t wait to capture all the special moments as a venue co-owner!

We’ve been together for almost 7 years and got married in May of 2023💍 We welcomed our daughter, Ada, in March and have loved having our days filled with the love and chaos that is new parenthood and busy lives🤪🥰

We’re both so eager to see Crescent Acres finally come to life in every aspect but are really looking forward to meeting with our couples, and making their wedding experience feel exciting, comfortable, and personal! Marriage is such a beautiful commitment and we will do all we can to prioritize that value throughout each couples time with Crescent Acres. We’re also looking forward to bringing opportunities for couples to enjoy Crescent Acres for MORE than just their wedding day! Stay tuned😉

Positioned in a prime location on Crescent road in St. Clairsville, Ohio just minutes away from the mall, a variety of hotels and other accommodations. It offers easy accessibility to both local and out of town guest being a couple miles from interstate 70. It’s situated under 2 hours from Columbus, Akron and Morgantown and 1 hour from Pittsburgh. Despite its close proximity to various amenities it still maintains an intimate and secluded feel. The land consists of acres of trees, open fields and even a pond that will provide the perfect canvas to help capture your special moments.
We are hoping to break ground on this project by the end of this year and have more definite answers on a projected opening date at that time. Stay tuned for more updates and let us know what features you hope to see at this wedding venue! 🙂
